Join Kat Harmon for an immersive workshop experience at the beautiful deer sanctuary ,Clarity Healing Farm, Saturday November 4th 2:00-4:00PM! This workshop will introduce exploring different movements, genres of music, and emotions. We will discuss how trapped emotions live in our body and how beneficial movement can be for releasing and recalibrating our energy. No dance experience required! Open to ALL!

Kat Harmon
Kat Harmon is an event producer, workshop instructor, and community builder. You can catch her hosting weekly Wednesday & Sunday yoga classes at Cabarrus Brewery
Kat is the mastermind behind the “Love the Shit out of Yourself” brand that promotes “self-care” by being in charge of your REALITY! “It's time to take back the reigns of your life by loving the shit out of YOURSELF!”
Kat also spends the entire year planning for her “Sol Harmony Fest” a 3 Day Immersive Holistic Healing Arts Festival hosted in Huntersville, NC in 2023.
“I have lived quite the colorful life! Hiding most of my emotions behind incredible people pleasing tendencies. This led to frustration, illness, physical pain, severe anxiety, and resentment. I was in the mindset that my life was awful and hard because of others. In reality, and this was a hard pill to swallow, I had created these situations myself. Since acquiring this awareness, I have been shifting my perception of how I need to move in this world. Every day striving to give myself the same love I share with others. This has completely changed my reality!
These are just some of the reasons I do what I do. If I can help you see how incredibly amazing & valuable you are... JUST AS YOU ARE... and save you the struggle of having to figure it all out on your own, it would just about make my heart burst!
