I help people get out of their heads and back into their bodies through movement, nervous system support, radical honesty, and self-love.

The Truth Is…

For a long time, I looked fine on the outside while quietly struggling underneath.

I knew how to stay busy. Push through. Perform. Keep everyone comfortable. But underneath all of it, I felt disconnected from myself, emotionally overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns I couldn’t seem to think my way out of.

Traditional self-help methods left me feeling frustrated and constantly trying to “fix” myself instead of actually understanding what I needed.

Everything began to shift when I stopped fighting myself and started learning how to truly listen to my body, my nervous system, and the parts of me asking to be seen.

Through movement, nervous system awareness, embodiment practices, honest self-reflection, and radical self-love, I slowly began reconnecting with myself in a way that actually felt real and sustainable.

Now I help others do the same.

You can usually find me dancing barefoot, laughing too loud, creating memories with my husband and daughter, chasing sunsets, blasting music in the kitchen, or continuing to do the same healing work I invite others into.

Because I’m not here as someone who has it all figured out.
