A little About Kat

Traditional self-help methods left me feeling frustrated, disconnected, and constantly trying to “fix” myself instead of actually understanding what I needed.

I’m Kat Harmon — author, movement guide, embodiment facilitator, and creator of Love the Shit Out of Yourself.

For years, I looked fine on the outside while quietly struggling underneath. I was stuck in survival mode, disconnected from myself, constantly pushing through instead of actually listening to what my body and nervous system needed.

What changed everything wasn’t becoming perfect.
It was learning how to slow down, feel, move, regulate, heal, and finally stop abandoning myself.

Now I help others do the same through movement, nervous system support, honest self-reflection, workshops, retreats, classes, and community experiences that bring people back home to themselves.
